The possibilities are endless with this tutorial...

You can use any image or letter to make a person feel extra loved by this personalized gift. I chose an anchor for this project.

What you will need:
  • Sweater (I found these at Wal-Mart for $7.88!)
  • Wonder Under fusible adhesive. Available at your local craft store or Wal-Mart.
  • Fabric to trace anchor onto.
  • Iron.
  • Sewing machine.
  • Thread.

Cut fusible adhesive to the size needed, and iron on to desired fabric.

Simply copy this anchor to a blank document and size to your project. Big, small...just be artsy.:) Print document, cut anchor out and then trace on to fabric that has your fusible web already ironed onto it.

After again cutting the anchor our of the fabric, peel backing paper off, position anchor where you want it to be and use the tip of your iron to iron it to the sweater.

Set your sewing machine to zigzag and carefully start your way around the fabric. Go slow!

In no time at all, you'll have this amazing custom made gift...so special, so fun!
