Broiled Potato Wedges...

December 16th:
Broiled Potato Wedges.

About 13 potatoes sliced in half, then in wedges.
1/4 Cup oil

In a small bowl mix:
2 1/2 T. Knorr chicken broth powder
1 t. Cumin
1 t. Dried basil
1 T. Garlic powder [or fresh minced garlic]

[You don't have to add extra salt because the chicken broth is salty.]

Mix all together and divide wedges between two cookie sheets.
Set oven on "broil" and broil about 10 minutes. Pull pans out, toss, and broil for about another 10 minutes...just until all crispy.

There you have it! A really easy side. If you've never tried Knorr chicken broth, you should! It has a green lid and is a powder...not cubes. As I said, it is salty, so be mindful when adding to your dishes. Amongst my favorite cooking ingredients, it's right up there with sour cream. :)
